Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within four months of date into the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning and mobility using proper techniques.
• Support meals, hydration, and dining experiences for residents.
• Document resident interactions and changes in condition.
• Communicate care needs to the charge nurse and care team.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and wellness activities as needed.
• Participate in department committees as required.
