Job summary

NICE Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer to secure, monitor, and optimize our cloud and datacenter infrastructure.

The role spans Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute, with a focus on reliability, availability, and performance across global operations. You will proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and improve operational processes, contributing to enterprise-scale infrastructure while supporting on-call rotations and incident response.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
3+ years supporting large-scale production infrastructure.
3+ years Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
Experience with AD, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure services.
Experience patching Windows and Linux OS and change management.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor enterprise production infrastructure for uptime and performance.
Administer AWS resources and services with emphasis on security and scalability.
Support multiple platforms across cloud and datacenter environments.
Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues per SLAs.
Drive performance improvements through data analysis and automation.
Manage core services including DNS, Active Directory, and identity management.
