As a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure.
Working across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments, you will support business-critical production systems that power our global operations. You will proactively monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, optimize system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
