Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a large production infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and VMware environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment.
• Respond to incidents and problems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Manage mail, DNS, IIS, and application environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation and work in physical data centers as required.
• Assist with server patching, security updates, and hardware replacements.
