Job summary

NICE is seeking a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer for night shift to safeguard our cloud and datacenter infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and AWS. You will monitor production systems, drive reliability, and support enterprise-scale environments worldwide.

You will routinely manage AWS resources, coordinate incident response, and contribute to ongoing improvements in operational processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production infrastructure and global cloud/datacenter environments.
• Must be proficient with AWS and multi-OS administration.
• Ability to monitor, resolve incidents, and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment
• Administration of AWS environment and resources
• Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity
• Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues
• Analyzes and reports on operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements
• Manage DNS, FTP, IIS and Application environments
• Participate in an On-Call rotation
• Communicates events to stakeholders, teams, and leadership
• Work with cabling, racking, and other tasks in Physical Data Centers (Some Travel May)
