Job summary

NICE is seeking a Production Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and optimize our cloud and datacenter operations across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments.

You will monitor performance, resolve incidents, and participate in on-call rotations, while supporting data center tasks such as cabling and racking and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large production infrastructure and Windows Server Administration.
• Experience managing and hardening Linux servers in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, and change management.
