Job summary

Indiana Donor Network is seeking a Clinical Logistics Coordinator for the night shift to manage ground transportation, ambulance dispatch, and courier coordination in Indianapolis.

You will oversee driver and vehicle requests, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain real-time logistics dashboards to maximize organ and tissue donation opportunities while coordinating with hospitals and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in logistics, transportation, healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation coordination, healthcare operations, or OPO operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of drivers and ambulances to support organ/tissue transportation.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting and documentation.
• Provide real-time logistics updates and dashboard visibility for ongoing cases.
• Support tissue and organ teams with supplies and requests during dispatch.
• Communicate with coroners, funeral homes, hospitals, and teams per guidelines.
