Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our high-performing clinical team delivering crisis response and high-risk care management across 24/7 services. This full-time remote role reports to the Sr.

Clinical Manager and focuses on operational health, quality, and team performance, including after-hours coordination. You will supervise clinicians, hire and mentor staff, ensure timely high-quality care, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine models and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership and management experience
• 10+ years of experience in behavioral health
• Active independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, RN)
• Track record of building and growing high performing teams and mentoring frontline team members
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire a team

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead clinical team delivering crisis response and high risk care management
• Interview, hire, onboard, and mentor team members with regular 1:1s
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of clinical services, including assessment, ongoing care management, and safety planning
• Monitor caseloads and KPIs, drive performance and SLAs
• Lead through rapid change and evolve care models to maximize impact
• Deliver case audit feedback and clinical consultation for quality standards
• Support after-hours readiness and on-call coordination
• Collaborate with leadership to improve SOPs and refine clinical models
• Maintain responsiveness across programs and ensure regulatory compliance
