Job summary

Merrimack Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to assume 24-hour operational accountability for the Center for Behavioral Medicine. The role includes planning, coordinating, and evaluating care delivery across inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure safe, high-quality clinical care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school with a degree in nursing, psychology, social work, or mental health counseling.
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in acute behavioral health leadership.
Certification/licensure congruent with the above educational requirements.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
De-escalation training completed within the orientation period.

Responsibilities

Provide 24-hour operational accountability for the Center for Behavioral Medicine.
Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate care delivery.
Facilitate multidisciplinary care for optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor expenses and productivity; justify monthly variances.
Ensure staffing patterns meet work requirements and staff competency.
