Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/equivalent preferred.
• Certification: BLS Basic Life Support.
• Must provide CNA, nursing student with rotation, 3 months clinical care, or CATP completion.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Repositioning and ambulating patients.
• Making beds and assisting in moving patients, beds, supplies, and equipment.
• Collecting, labeling and transporting specimens.
• Retrieving and signing out blood products.
• Accurately performs point of care testing.
• Obtains vital signs and weights.
• Maintains intake and output measurements.
• Removes Foley catheters and saline locks.
