Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Clinical Associate for the Winchester Hospital night shift. You will assist with daily living activities, reposition and ambulate patients, and help with beds, transport, and specimen handling.

The role supports patient comfort and safety under nurse supervision and requires English communication, a high school diploma, and BLS certification. A CATP program may be completed by the hospital-trained candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent strongly preferred.
• BLS – Basic Life Support certification required.
• Must have/be one of the following: CNA, nursing student with clinical rotation, three months of clinical care experience, or completion of Winchester Hospital Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP).
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Reposition and ambulate patients.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Transport patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
