Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor to oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors. The Night Manager ensures work expectations are met and coordinates with the Facility Services Manager daily.

Responsibilities include evening client site visits, inspections, addressing complaints, and maintaining high client satisfaction while ensuring proper use of tools and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing immediate attention, including nightly recap via email or phone.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
