Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) to lead contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors.

The Night Manager will perform client site visits in the evenings, supervise inspections, and ensure adherence to client policies and tools. Requires a high school diploma and reliable transportation, with bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention, including nightly recap via email or phone.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and approved cleaning tools and equipment.
• Other duties as necessary.
