Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) to supervise contract compliance and maintain client relationships with Independent Contractors. The role requires evenings, driving within a localized territory, and reporting to the Facility Services Manager.

Training is provided before the shift. We offer a full-time position with benefits and an hourly pay range of $18 to $23 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent written and spoken in a non-English language (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation with an active driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.
• Must be available for a two-week daytime training period prior to starting the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with scope of work and policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing immediate attention and provide nightly recap via email or phone.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and approved tools/equipment.
