Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Second Shift Manager to oversee evening operations across a portfolio of commercial facilities. This role emphasizes independent problem solving, relationship building with Independent Contractors and clients, and delivering exceptional service every night.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management or supervision, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and a track record of organizing teams, prioritizing safety, and driving customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and managing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently while managing priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Independent Contractors and clients.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure client specifications are met.
• Partner with Managers and other Second Shift Managers to communicate concerns and priorities.
• Follow operational procedures and policies (New Start, Customer Complaint, STAR).
• Manage client requests and service concerns, including new starts and priority accounts.
• Provide contractor performance feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleaning specifications, and equipment usage.
• Use CRM to document inspections, photos, issues, and records.
• Represent City Wide professionally and build long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
• Perform additional duties to support operational excellence.
