Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to help manage contract compliance for building maintenance services and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors. The role requires reviewing client contracts and ensuring work meets expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in management, strong communication, and experience in facilities/janitorial services. This is a full-time evening shift with opportunities to improve processes and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention, including nightly recap via email or phone.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting SLAs.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
• Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
