Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR
• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs and daily living needs
• Document care and resident responses in daily logs
• Assist with activities and dining services as assigned
• Maintain medication carts and ensure proper storage and disposal
