Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for the Addington Place of Lakeside Vista to cover the 11PM-7AM shift. You will safely administer prescribed medications per MAR/TAR, provide personal care, monitor vital signs, and support residents with ADLs, meals, and daily activities in an assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ months of experience in senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification according to state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications per MAR/TAR and supervise self-administered meds.
• Provide personal care and general nursing services (ADLs, vitals, eating).
• Document in daily logs and update medical charts within required timeframes.
• Ensure storage and disposal of medications per policy and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Restock medication supplies and maintain med carts; participate in trainings and in-services.
