Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Georgia is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to operating locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations. You will operate a tandem tractor/trailer or straight truck across intrastate and interstate routes, adhering to DOT regulations and safety guidelines.

The role requires a valid CDL A with doubles endorsement, at least 12 months of doubles experience, and a 21+ age, with a 3rd shift schedule (Sun–Thu nights).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Transport empty trailers to operating locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations.
• Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain proper route paperwork and daily logs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department.
