Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport trailers to and from warehouse locations. You will work Sunday through Thursday evenings, with a 10:00 PM–12:00 AM dispatch, providing a stable, predictable schedule.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months of commercial driving, a valid CDL A with a Doubles endorsement, and a DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one. A $7,500 hiring bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks pre/post trip per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and drive per schedule.
• Ensure route paperwork is complete and accessible.
• Drive and deliver trailers on schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures safely.
• Park and store tractors/trailers properly.
• Ensure secure freight and equipment.
