• Must pass a guest service interview and wear appropriate dress.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding guest and associate service while performing duties.
• Enrolls guests in current promotions and campaigns.
• Communicates Player’s Club benefits and event details to guests.
• Redeems prizes and issues vouchers through the player tracking system.
• Maintains confidentiality of gaming records and adheres to procedures.
• Balances operating cash; acquires and counts cash and vouchers.
• Works all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
