Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality in Wetumpka, AL seeks a Gaming Technician I for night shift to maintain gaming machines and related equipment. The role requires lifting, equipment handling, and collaboration with vendors and management. The candidate should pass interviews and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shifts are 11:30pm–8:00am with potential changes based on business needs. A Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled to complete GED within six months from start date.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes reports related to game equipment performance.
• Prepares and tests gaming machines.
• Maintains a sense of urgency in responding to calls for assistance or when dispatched.
• Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance on all assigned electronic bingo gaming devices.
• Moves and installs machines as needed.
• Researches and diagnoses game equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoots, reads meters and performs regular maintenance.
• Communicates information to fellow Technicians and Game Management.
• Takes initiative to help guests, co-associates and management.
• Works closely with Vendor Technicians.
• Adheres to MICS/TICS, Company and Departmental Expectations.
• Helps maintain a working inventory of parts and supplies.
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
