Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Kiosk Team Member for the Wetumpka facility. The role covers maintenance of kiosk cash handling systems and providing courteous service to guests during a night shift (11 PM – 7:30 AM).

A high school diploma or GED is required, with cash handling experience preferred and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must pass a skills test, meet weight lifting requirements, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of high-volume cash handling experience preferred.
• Six months’ experience using or servicing high-volume cash handling equipment preferred.
• Must pass a skills test with at least 70% pass rate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, vendors and staff.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain.
• Must be willing to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on currency and coin equipment used by the Cage.
• Diagnoses problems and ensures equipment is back in use quickly.
• Provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• Maintains adherence to department policies and Title 31 requirements.
• Maintains a stable background and adheres to dress code.
• Prepares kiosk cassettes and coin bags for daily fill.
• Performs emergency fills for kiosks, if needed.
• Assists with daily maintenance of kiosks.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
