Job summary

Wind Creek Montgomery is seeking a Gaming Technician I to maintain and test gaming machines and related equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond promptly to service requests, and coordinate with vendor technicians to ensure optimal operation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Prior casino IT or electronics experience is preferred, along with tribal gaming licensing or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 21+ years old
• 1 year casino Gaming or casino IT department experience preferred or 2 years in computers/electronics
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and 150 lbs with dolly
• Willing to work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one
• Willing to work in a smoke environment

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes reports related to game equipment performance
• Prepares and tests gaming machines
• Responds quickly to calls for assistance
• Performs preventive maintenance on gaming devices
• Moves and installs machines as needed
• Diagnoses game equipment malfunctions and troubleshoots
• Communicates information to fellow Technicians and Management
• Maintains inventory of parts and supplies
• Works with Vendor Technicians as required
• Supports guest service efforts during shift
