Graham Packaging Company in West Hazleton, PA is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator II to work 12-hour nights from 6:30pm to 7am, operating plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of manufacturing extrusion experience with hands-on expertise in operating complex machinery, performing mold and color changes, and monitoring resin and dryer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operates a group of plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment safely.
• Performs mold, insert and color changes as needed on the line.
• Monitors resin, dryer, material handling and color systems for proper processing.
• Conducts on-time quality checks following established standards.
• Delivers basic line maintenance and assists other operators as required.
• Trains new operators and supports shift supervisor with production goals.
