Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Day Shift Machine Operator II to operate 12‑hour shifts in West Hazleton, PA, handling extrusion processes and blow molding equipment. The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing extrusion experience and the ability to adjust machinery for safe, efficient, high‑quality production.

Responsibilities include performing mold and color changes, conducting on‑line quality checks, and assisting maintenance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform mold changes, color changes and basic repairs to improve throughput and quality.
• Conduct on‑line quality checks against established standards.
• Assist maintenance and other operators as needed; participate in preventive maintenance.
• Document production data and coordinate with shift supervisor for line objectives.
• Assist in training new operators and may travel as needed.
