Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in West Hazleton, PA seeks a Machine Operator II for a 12-hour night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The role operates multiple plastic blow molding machines, performs basic adjustments and repairs, and ensures safe, efficient production of high-quality containers.

You will support continuous improvement, monitor processing conditions, assist maintenance, and train new operators while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies; participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes; adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Assist in basic machine processing to enhance efficiency and monitor processing conditions.
• Support maintenance with basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Train new operators and assist in production line scheduling and coordination.
