You will support quality initiatives and collaborate with shift teams. Candidates should have at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to work independently

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and related equipment.
• Perform basic processing adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Participate in safety, quality, and housekeeping initiatives.
• Assist maintenance and other Operators as needed.
