Job summary

Uline, located at the California Branch in Ontario, CA, is seeking an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers valuable training, the chance to advance, and exposure to a growth-focused team committed to exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in spoken and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Full-Time Hours:

Friday - Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

Training Hours - Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately 6 - 7 months)
