Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee day-to-day quality operations, drive compliance with GMP and SQF standards, and lead a team in a fast‑paced beverage production environment.

The role requires hands-on supervision, familiarity with SAP Quality Module, and the ability to analyze data, perform batch adjustments, and implement continuous improvements in quality systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline preferred (or equivalent related experience).
• Three (3) plus years supervisory experience in quality within a high-speed beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, SQF) – certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality operations and ensure compliance with GMP, PPE and health policies.
• Lead and direct work of other quality employees; some authority for hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SQF system and ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor KPIs to manage daily requirements and budgetary deliverables.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage lab supplies.
• Assist with approval/release/rejection of raw materials, finished goods, and in-process materials.
