Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Batching Operator for night shifts to precisely handle ingredients, document batches, and support sanitation and safety standards. You will work with QA to adjust batches as needed and maintain accurate lot records. The role requires forklift use and stamina for long shifts.

This position emphasizes GMP compliance, constant attention to product quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will align with plant leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years experience in position.
• 0 years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Precisely inspects, weighs, and mixes ingredients per recipes.
• Pre-weighs, blends, and liquefies components for beverages.
• Documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers.
• Operates forklift to load/move ingredients following safety procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping and adherence to GMP and food safety standards.
• Assists in other areas as required by plant supervision.
