Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Production Operator - Nights to support our beverage manufacturing floor. You will run the production line, monitor safety, quality, and throughput, and work on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

The role requires the ability to lift, stand for long shifts, complete hourly quality reports, follow GMP and food safety standards, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line safely and efficiently to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect product and report defects.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety standards, and site safety programs.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; support rotating shifts.
