Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for the seasonal night shift to join our production team. You will ensure safety, quality, and throughput on the production floor, perform hourly quality checks, and report any defects.

The role requires adherence to GMP and food safety standards, maintaining housekeeping, and supporting line recovery during downtime. Candidates should be prepared for a 12-hour night shift in a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards at all times.
• Keep production areas clean and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Adhere to shift schedules and attendance requirements.
