Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift. You will operate production lines to ensure safety, quality and throughput, while completing hourly quality and production reports. The role requires visual and physical inspection of products, reporting defects, and adhering to GMP and food safety standards.

Attendance and reliability are essential for this 12-hour rotating shift. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, with Associate's Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to meet safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports.
• Inspect product visually and physically to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Report all quality defects to shift leadership.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety standards and maintain housekeeping.
• Assist with material handling to minimize downtime.
• Respond to minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
