Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Batching Operator to ensure accurate blending, weighing, and batching of beverage ingredients. You will document batch data, maintain sanitation, and operate forklift as needed to support production goals.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, food safety standards, and safe operation of equipment. Candidates should be able to perform 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with management and employees at all levels.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Precisely inspects, weighs, and mixes ingredients according to recipes.
• Pre-weighs, blends, and liquefies components for beverage preparation.
• Accurately documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers.
• Operates forklift to load/move ingredients.
• Adheres to safety programs, GMPs and Food Safety Standards.
• Maintains housekeeping and quality in batching and production.
