Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Batching Operator (Nights) to support our production line and ensure batches meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will pre-weigh, blend, and mix ingredients, document lot numbers, and operate forklifts as needed.

This role emphasizes GMP compliance, food safety, and strong teamwork with QA and plant leadership. Night shifts, 12-hour availability, and adherence to safety protocols are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years experience in position.
• 0 years experience managing people/projects.
• Ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and/or flexibility to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients according to the product recipes.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Technician on analytical results and adjust batches as needed.
• Pre-weigh, blend, and liquefy components for beverage preparation.
• Document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates per customer regulations.
• Operate forklift to load/move ingredients and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain GMP, food safety standards, and general housekeeping in batching areas.
