Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for a Full-Time Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) to support inpatient and residential patients. You will provide supervision, meal support, and help implement therapeutic programming under nursing supervision.

The role includes milieu management, documentation of patient observations, and potential on-call shifts in line with labor laws. A strong interstate commitment to compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (location dependent).
• 6 months of direct patient care experience (preferred).
• Mental Health/Psych Tech, CNA (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and maintaining daily program structure.
• Provide patient supervision and safety checks, and assist with coping strategies.
• Provide meal support and bathroom monitoring.
• Document patient observations and progress during shift.
• Assist with morning routine and Activities of Daily Living.
• Participate in on-call shifts as needed based on business needs.
