Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our inpatient and residential care teams on the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM). You will help supervise patients, support daily routines, measure vitals, and assist with meals and activities as part of a structured milieu.

Responsibilities include observation rounds, safety checks, de-escalation, and collaboration with nursing staff to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Milieu management and safety checks as part of active patient care.
• Ability to support meals, bathroom monitoring, and daily living activities.
• Experience or training in de-escalation and coping-skills support.

Responsibilities
