Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for a full-time night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), three 12-hour shifts weekly with alternating weekends. You will supervise inpatients and residents, support meals and bathroom routines, and assist with therapeutic activities under nursing supervision.

Responsibilities include milieu management, observation, de-escalation, and documentation of daily patient progress, with possible on-call shifts per business needs and compliance with labor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred for BHT II.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required for locations with company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program structure and safety checks.
• Provide patient supervision and support during shifts.
• Assist with meals, bathroom monitoring, and activity routines.
• Document patient observations, meals, and check-ins.
• Support morning routines and Activities of Daily Living.
