Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support inpatient and residential patients under nursing supervision. You will help maintain daily structure, provide meals and supervision, and assist with routines and activities of daily living.

Responsibilities include documentation, observation, safety checks, and collaboration with care teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prefer some patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Milieu management and program structure adherence.
• Conduct observation rounds and safety checks.
• Provide patient supervision and support during shifts.
• Document patient observations and meals.

Responsibilities

• Provide meal support and bathroom monitoring.
• Assist with morning routines and Activities of Daily Living.
• Transport patients for medical appointments as needed.
• Maintain milieu safety and assist with de-escalation per treatment plan.
