Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Washington is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct patient care on inpatient and residential units under nursing supervision.

You’ll support routine care, supervise patients, assist with meals and ADLs, and participate in therapeutic programming; on-call shifts may be required.

Schedule: Sun-Tue, 2pm-10:30pm; compensation range is posted, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for BHT I/II roles.
• Direct patient care experience preferred; relevant certifications beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for inpatient and residential patients under nursing supervision.
• Support meals, bathroom monitoring, and daily living activities.
• Maintain milieu structure and assist with therapeutic programming.
• Document patient observations and participate in safety checks.
