Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Denver, CO is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support inpatient and residential patients. This role reports to the Nursing department and performs direct care, supervision, and documentation across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include milieu management, vital signs, patient transport, ADL assistance, and documentation, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training within a compassionate behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Associate degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain milieu management and safety per program rules
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status
• Provide patient transportation for medical appointments as needed
• Assist with activities of daily living during shifts
• Document patient observations, meals and routine checks
