Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for a full-time night shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) to support inpatient and residential patients. You will provide supervision, structure, and therapeutic program support under nursing supervision, with on-call shifts as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license where applicable, and up to 6 months of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record where applicable.
• 6 months of direct patient care experience preferred.
• For internal teammates, ERC milieu experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure and follow the schedule.
• Conduct observation rounds and safety checks as ordered.
• Assist with de-escalation and teach coping skills per plan.
• Perform room and luggage searches as needed.
• Provide meal support and bathroom monitoring.
• Complete shift documentation of observations and meals.
• Assist with morning routine and daily living activities.
