The position requires a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience in behavioral health, with strong documentation, de-escalation skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years relevant experience with behavioral health skills.
• Understanding of mental health systems, de-escalation techniques, and treatment concepts.
• Experience or coursework in behavioral healthcare helpful.

Responsibilities
