Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Nelsonville, Ohio, is seeking a Residential Behavioral Health Worker for the 3rd shift (10 pm–6 am). You will assess youth strengths and needs, provide direct care and supervision, and support health and well-being in a supportive, structured setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree/peer certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or peer certification preferred.
• Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth.
• Provides direct care and supervision in facility-based behavioral health services.
• Delivers behavioral interventions in a safe, structured environment.
• Maintains schedules and daily routines.
• Provides transportation for youth as needed.
