Job summary

Willingway is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I to join the on-site treatment team. This 12-hour shift role (7pm–7:30am) includes every other weekend, with responsibilities spanning client supervision, safety checks, and crisis response to support ongoing treatment plans.

• Six months or more experience with the specific population preferred.
• Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and/or dual diagnosis.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and supervise in a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and follow individualized supervision guidelines.
• Record vital signs and report significant changes to the charge nurse.
• Document in client records promptly and accurately.
• Initiate and manage incident reports as needed.
• Assist with transportation, onboarding of new admits, and discharge processes.
