Job summary

Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health is seeking part time Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) to join our facility. The role involves providing hands-on care within a structured, team-driven environment to ensure patient safety and recovery. Shifts include 11:00PM - 7:30AM with weekend and other shift differentials.

Benefits and tuition reimbursement are offered. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR/De escalation training, and prior experience with similar populations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety checks and ensure 15 minute supervision intervals.
• Engage with patients to assess mental status and needs during shifts.
• Provide 1:1 support and therapeutic engagement for assigned patients.
• Float to different units as staffing requires.
• Educate colleagues on triggers, warning signs and coping strategies.
