Job summary

The Farley Center in Williamsburg, Virginia seeks a Behavioral Health Associate I for full-time night shift, 11pm-7:30am with rotating weekends. You will monitor client behaviors, provide care, and assist in crisis situations while recording data.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR and de-escalation training; six months+ of relevant experience preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 30 days, tuition assistance, PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training are required.
• Experience with behavioral health population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure a safe, structured environment for clients.
• Record vital signs and document client data timely.
• Respond to crises and assist in medical emergencies as needed.
• Provide supervision and model appropriate client behaviors.
