Willingway, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I for full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) in Atlanta, GA. This role supports a multidisciplinary treatment team, monitors client behavior, and responds in crises, ensuring safety and timely reporting.

The position requires a high school diploma and likely 6 months of relevant experience, with CPR and de-escalation training preferred. On-site work with opportunities to engage residents in therapeutic activities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
• Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and/or dual diagnosis and various treatment modalities of the population served preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures the wellbeing of clients and provides a safe, positive, supportive, and structured environment.
• Maintains a constant awareness and supervision of clients.
• Conducts safety checks, ensuring supervision according to individualized guidelines.
• Interacts with clients, observes behaviors, and communicates observations to supervisor.
• Encourages attendance at group therapy and promotes client participation in activities.
• Facilitates educational-rehabilitative groups covering social skills, coping skills, and independent living skills.
