Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse for the Cayce, SC bakery on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). You will maintain inventory accuracy, move products with material-handling equipment, and support traceability in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory transactions, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Operate material-handling equipment to safely move, store, and retrieve products.
• Validate finished goods inventory to ensure accurate product counts, labeling, and traceability.
• Manage freezer storage activities to support inventory organization and product integrity.
• Support inventory audits and cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse and storage areas in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition.
• Follow safety, GMP, and operational standards to support warehouse and production performance.
